HomeFix is a program for older adults who may need emergency repairs or home modifications.

Home Repairs Provided

• Carpentry (steps, handrails, doors, etc.)
• Electrical Systems
• Heating Systems
• Hot Water Tank
• Kitchen and Bathroom Accessibility Modifications
• Plumbing Issues
• Severely Deteriorated

Eligibility

• Age 60 or older
• Income at or below 50% of the county’s median income
• Must own home where modification/repair will be completed
• Complete application, sign appropriate release forms, and provide proof of income and ownership
